Israel elimina al jefe de la Fuerza Aérea de los Cuerpos de la Guardia Revolucionaria Islámica de Irán

Aviones de combate de la Fuerza Aérea israelí atacaron el centro de mando donde se encontraba el comandante de la Fuerza Aérea de los CGRI, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, junto con otros altos oficiales.

El comandante de la Fuerza Aérea de los Cuerpos de la Guardia Revolucionaria Islámica (CGRI), general de brigada Amir Ali Hajizadeh, murió en un ataque aéreo israelí en Irán durante la noche, informaron las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel (FDI).

Comunicaron también que aviones de combate de la Fuerza Aérea israelí atacaron el centro de mando donde se encontraba Hajizadeh junto con otros altos oficiales.Entre los oficiales eliminados se encuentran el comandante de la Fuerza de Vehículos Aéreos No Tripulados, Taher Pour, y el comandante del Comando Aéreo, Davoud Shaykhian.

Las FDI acusaron a la Fuerza Aérea de los CGRI de llevar a cabo "repetidos ataques contra civiles israelíes". Concretamente, se refirió a dos ataques perpetrados por Irán contra Israel en abril y octubre del año pasado.

Hasta el momento, el Gobierno de Irán aún no han anunciado oficialmente la muerte de Hajizadeh. De acuerdo con medios locales, Hajizadeh nació en 1961 e inició su actividad en la Guardia Revolucionaria Islámica en 1980. Tras la formación de la Fuerza Aérea de los CGRI en 2009, fue nombrado primer comandante de esta rama militar.

Israel ha lanzado un ataque "preventivo" contra Irán la noche de este jueves a viernes (hora local). El primer ministro israelí, Benjamín Netanyahu, afirmó que su país "ha atacado el corazón del programa nuclear de Irán". Por otro lado, el líder supremo de Irán, el ayatolá Alí Jameneí, declaró que Israel "recibirá sin duda un doloroso destino" tras el ataque perpetrado contra la nación.
